Inspire Core PT began with a simple vision to bring reliable, compassionate therapy services to the communities we proudly call home.

Founded by local therapists in Queens, our story started with a handful of dedicated professionals who wanted to make home-based Physical and Occupational Therapy more accessible, consistent, and patient-centered across New York City.

Our deep connection to the diverse neighborhoods we serve has shaped not just what we do, but how we do it with care, collaboration, and heart. Many of the agencies and clinicians we worked with early on continue to grow with us today, forming a network built on trust and shared purpose.

As our team expands, we remain focused on delivering therapy coverage that reflects the spirit of the city itself diverse, resilient, and always moving forward. With plans to introduce Speech Therapy soon, Inspire Core PT continues its mission to empower agencies and elevate the quality of home care, one visit at a time.
