Neck Physical Therapy
Mobile PT Tailored for Queens and Neighboring Communities
Your neck is a highly mobile structure made up of seven cervical vertebrae, supported by multiple muscle groups, ligaments, and nerves that control movement and stability. Dysfunction in these structures; whether from poor posture, muscle strain, nerve compression, or degenerative changes: can lead to neck pain and stiffness. While mild discomfort is common and often resolves with rest and posture correction, persistent or severe neck pain can interfere with daily activities. Physical therapy can help restore mobility, improve strength, and prevent future issues by addressing the root cause of dysfunction.
